Business hours are Monday through Sunday, 7am to 7pm. Clients may visit their pets during business hours, but must be scheduled in advance. Any visits outside of business hours are considered emergency care and may be subject to upcharge.

Yes, please provide enough pet food for the duration of their stay. It can be unhealthy for an animal to consume a brand or type of food that their body's aren't used to. 

Under request we can provide food at a specified and added cost.

Please also provide any medication with specific instructions on how to administer. 

We do provide treats for free, if allowed :)

We do provide plenty of toys and blankets for comfort, however we do encourage you to bring any favorite toys or comfort items for you pet so that your furry friend may have the most enjoyable stay possible!

Dogs do get walked twice a day, unless specifed otherwise.

Dog walks will be grouped by breed, age, and weight; and will be in groups of 2 to 3 accordingly.
